CRM Lead Notification
You will receive an email that contains the lead name, email, and phone number. You may receive just the email depending on the form the lead filled out.
You can configure your lead notification preferences by going to your CRM. From the website dashboard, click on View Leads.
Once in your CRM, click on Setup at the top and then Basic Setup, under Alert & Email Settings on the left.
You can also choose to be notified via text. You can update the frequency of email notifications (you will always get email notifications by default). Make sure to click on Save Changes at the bottom to finish.
Optima Leads App Notification
You can elect to receive Push Notifications from your Optima Leads App, notifying you when you get a new lead.
- To turn on or off your Push Notifications, navigate to the settings screen.
- Next to the bell icon, you can see whether your Push Notifications are currently on or off.
- Tap the Notifications link, which will direct you to your settings for Push Notifications for the Optima Leads app. From here, you can turn off or on Push Notifications.
