Creating a Social Media Post

It's impossible to overstate the importance of social media in marketing. So the design studio has set you up with the tools you need to make great social media posts. So let's go ahead and take a look. You're going to click on real estate templates and you're going to scroll down to social media posts.

Now you'll notice that there are templates here for nearly every possible usage. So scroll through and find the one that meets your immediate needs. We're going to do a new homeowner template. I'm going to go ahead and select that.

Okay, so we need to replace this photo, so double click on the photo and go to your uploads and select your replacement file.

Let's make the logo a little bit bigger. So let's click on the corner and drag. Okay, that's good. And let's update their name.

Make this Tom and Cindy Weller.

Hey, that's it. That's the whole experience. Now you just download that. And now all you need to do is post that to your social media accounts.

Step-By-Step Instruction
Step 1: Access Social Media Post Templates
- In the left hand column, click on Real Estate Templates and scroll down to Social Media Posts.
Step 2: Select a Template
- Browse through the various templates available for different purposes.
- Select the template that meets your current needs.
Step 3: Replace the Photo
- To customize the template, start by replacing the default photo:
- Double-click on the existing photo.
- Go to your uploads and select the replacement image.
Step 4: Adjust the Logo Size
- IF you wish to resize your logo:
- Click on the corner of the logo and drag to make it larger.
Step 5: Update the Text
- Personalize the post by updating the text:
- Change the name on the template to "Tom and Cindy Weller."
Step 6: Download the Final Design
- Once satisfied with the design, download it:
- Save the file to your computer.
Step 7: Post to Social Media
- Now that your design is ready, simply post it to your social media accounts.
