Welcome back. In today's video, you're going to learn how to create custom markets on your website. And you can use these to send market reports and saved searches to your customers. It's really simple. First, you'll start by going to the Agent Elite Performance dashboard. And at the top of the screen, click on Markets. That'll open up the Markets page. Now search for the community that you want to focus on. For example, let's say you want to focus on Roosevelt, California.

Well, it looks like there's no existing markets for Roseville, so you'll need to add a new one. Click on Add New to create a new market. On the next page, start by naming your new search. Roseville, California, 700K to 800K. Now scroll down to the location field and type in the name of the city you're focusing on, Roseville. Now you can move on to filtering your results. For this example, filter homes between 700K

and 800K. Now once you've set the filters, you're now ready to hit Save and Continue. But you're not done yet. Even though you've set this all up and you have a lot of information that's now available, you want to make sure that everything is accessible and useful for your customers. So the next page, click on Settings and open up the Listing Reports section. Now we want to make sure that the option to display in navigation is selected.

Having this checked ensures that this is going to be visible on your website. Now move down to the Open Homes tab and scroll down to ensure that the display and navigation option is also checked here. Now you might notice another checkbox labeled Show Only Featured Listings in Email. Now if you don't want to promote other agents' open houses, make sure that that's checked. However, most of the agents I've worked with prefer that their clients attend as many open houses as possible.

to generate more opportunities for sales. So leave it unchecked and hit Save. Next, go down to the Market Reports section. Again, ensure that display and navigation is checked and hit Save. Now there's one more field, the General field. And here you'll describe what this market is about. For example, type Homes for Sale in Roseville, California, 700K to 800K. Be sure to spell it correctly because this is going on your website.

If you have a photo for this market, you can edit here. Otherwise, just hit save. It's that simple. You've set up a saved market. Now let's review what you've created. Go back to the markets tab at the top of the screen and search for Roseville again. As you can see, your market is there. So let's click on that page and we're gonna start by viewing the listing report. This report will show every property in Roseville that matches your criteria.

It's continually updated as new homes come on the market and old ones are sold or removed. This report is automatically sent to the customers who subscribe to this list. Pretty exciting, right? It also provides details on open homes scheduled in the area. So just click the open homes tab and you'll see a list of properties with upcoming open houses. Looks like there's a lot happening this weekend so you might want to send this list to your clients and ask which homes they'd like to visit.

Finally, you'll see the Market Report tab. This report is scheduled to go out with your regular follow-up campaign. It provides customers with a detailed overview of the market. For example, right now in Roseville, the median price is $755,000. The sale to list price ratio is 98%. Median days on the market is 38 days, and the inventory is low at just 56 homes.

You also get data like the median price and sale to list ratio over the last six months, as well as a list of sold and new listings from the past 30 days. This comprehensive report gives your clients a clear picture of the market, whether they live in the area or are looking to buy there.
