Welcome back. In this video, you're going to learn how to reactivate deleted leads. So let's get right to it. From the Performance dashboard, you can access your lead list by clicking Lead List in the left hand column. Now once that loads, you'll notice that the filter is already applied and we need to change that. So click on the Filters button and then to turn off the active filter, you can hover over it and click X. So now let's scroll down to Status and click on that.

and then select deleted. Now this will show only the deleted leads. Select view the leads at the bottom of the page. Now the number of leads will be in there. That depends on the criteria that you've put in there. The lead I'm looking for is Gary Palmer. So let's find him on the list and click on his name. Now scroll down a little bit and you'll see that there's an option to reactivate your deleted lead. So let's just click on that and you're done.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Lead List:
    1. Find and click Lead List from the Performance Dashboard on the left-hand column.
  2. Adjust the Filters:
    1. Once the page loads, click on the Filters button.
    2. Hover over the Active Filter and click the X to remove it.
  3. Select the Deleted Leads Filter:
    1. Scroll down and click on Status.
    2. In the status options, select Deleted to display only deleted leads.
  4. View the Deleted Leads:
    1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click View Leads.
    2. The number of leads shown will depend on the applied criteria.
  5. Find the Specific Lead:
    1. Look for the lead you need (e.g., Gary Palmer) in the list.
    2. Click on the lead's name to open their details.
  6. Reactivate the Lead:
    1. Scroll down slightly and look for the option to Reactivate the deleted lead.
    2. Click the Reactivate button.
  7. Return to Your CRM:
    1. Once the reactivation is complete, return to your CRM to resume your regular activities.
