Creating an Email Newsletter

In today's video, we're going to go over the steps it takes to generate a newsletter using the Agent Elite Design Studio.

get started click on the real estate templates on the left hand side and select email newsletter campaigns. Now you're gonna see a lot of different designs load up you can select any one that you like I'm gonna go with this one looks good so I'm gonna click create design now because there's a lot of art and a lot of text on this it'll take a few seconds for this to load up. Alright now that that's loaded up we can see that there's well first of all it's a pretty good looking design right out of the gate.

but we're going to make some modifications to it. So first thing we're going to do is zoom in. So the bottom left corner, you can click the zoom in button until you're happy with what you see. Okay, I want to change this photo out. So I'm going to double click on it. I'm going to go to my uploads and I'm going to choose the property that I want to feature. Let's take a look at this one. Yeah, I like this one. So let's go ahead make my logo a little bit bigger. Maybe not quite that big.

much of a good thing I guess. There we go. That looks pretty good to me. I might move it up just a little and out just a little bit.

Yeah, that'll do just fine. Now I'm gonna change the address.

This is a six-bedroom. I want to select this and change the color on that to white for starters. So I can see it. And I'm gonna change it to six.

Five Bath is correct.

That is not the correct square footage clearly. This is actually 3,126. And it has a four-car garage. Now that's the top of that done, but I do want to change the other images as well. All right, so the property does feature a horse paddock.

and it has a beautiful solarium.

And of course, the property also has outbuildings.

And I wanna make the picture of that barn a little bit bigger so it's easier to see.

All right, the only thing left to do here is change the text. So I'm just going to click here and select AI, write with AI, and I'm just going to give it bullet points. Six-bed, five-bath, horse, farm, with training, paddock, and exterior storage, buildings. So I'm going to go ahead and select my maximum length to about 500 words.

and I'm going to go ahead and hit submit. And really what I want is about 450. That's a little short. So I'm going to hit submit one more time and see if we can't get closer to that. Okay. Now, let's see how that fits over here. I hit replace and as you can see that fits very nicely here and let me just center that up. Beautiful. And the last thing I'm going to do here is make my logo a little bit bigger down below and we are ready to go. So now all I need to do is download that.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Step 1:  Access Newsletter Templates

• Start by clicking on the Real Estate Templates on the left-hand side.
• Select Email Newsletter Campaigns.

Step 2:  Choose a Design

Step 3:  Customize

• Change the Photo:
  • Double-click on the photo you want to replace.
  • Go to your uploads and choose the property you want to feature.
  • Select the image and click Open.
  • Adjust the size 
    • Click on any corner of the image and drag to the size you want.
  • Adjust placement
    • Click on the image itself and drag to the position you prefer.

Step 4: Update the Address and Property Details

• Modify the text fields:
  • Change the Address: Update the address as needed.
  • Change the Property Details:
    • Adjust details like bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc.
    • For example, change the square footage to "3,126" and note that the property has a "Four-Car Garage".
    • Change the color of the text if necessary, such as changing it to white for better visibility.

Step 5:  Add and Adjust Additional Images

• Replace other images in the template:
  • Highlight specific features like a horse paddock, solarium, or outbuildings.
  • Adjust the size and positioning of these images to improve visibility.
    • Adjust the size 
      • Click on any corner of the image and drag to the size you want.
    • Adjust placement
      • Click on the image itself and drag to the position you prefer.

Step 6:  Write Property Description with AI

• Update the text description:
  • Click on the text field then click on the blue AI button in the upper right corner of the field.
  • In the left column click on the Write with AI field.
  • Provide bullet points such as "Six-bed, five-bath, horse farm with training paddock and exterior storage buildings".
  • Set the maximum length to the length you want and hit Submit.
  • If the result is too short or long, submit again to generate a new description, you may need to adjust your maximum length.
  • Click on Replace to replace the existing text with the new AI-generated content.
  • Click and drag on the text block to adjust its placement as needed.

Step 7:  Final Adjustments

• Review the entire document and ake final adjustments to the template:
  • For example, increase the size of your logo at the bottom of the page.

Step 8:  Download the Newsletter

• Once satisfied with your design, download the newsletter:
  • Choose Download as PDF.
  • Select the Highest Quality option for the best results.

Step 9:  Distribute the Newsletter

• Attach the downloaded PDF to your email.
• Send the email to your mailing list.

Step 10:  Congratulations!

• You've successfully created your first email newsletter.
