Congratulations on making the smart decision to partner with Agent Elite.  At the beginning of our journey together let's outline the steps required to get the most out of your Agent Elite platform.

Before you get started, get the Max for Real Estate app today and experience all that Max has to offer, right from your mobile device!

 

Onboarding Intro 

This is where the magic starts!  Once you have completed the purchase process you will ideally have been transferred to the Client Success Team, or have been scheduled for your onboarding appointment.  This is a relatively short Appointment in which we will:

 

  • Walk you through the MLS paperwork
  • Gather some information and any special requests you may have
  • Help familiarize you with our Knowledge Base
  • Schedule your Launch and Quickstart Appointments

What You Will Need to Do

Just like any partnership, your partnership with Agent Elite will work better if you clearly understand what you need to do to make the partnership successful.  Here are a few things you will need to do at the onset of our partnership.

Complete Your MLS Paperwork

Completing your MLS paperwork as quickly as possible is the most important step to helping us get your platform built out and functional quickly.  Every MLS board requires a signed agreement before they will approve IDX to display MLS data on your new website.  We make it simple, and the Client Success Team will walk you through the process.

 

The MLS paperwork will require a signature from you, as well as your broker, and then it will be sent to the MLS for approval.  In most cases, the MLS board approval will take 3-7 business days, so the earlier we get started, the sooner you can start benefitting from your new platform

Send Your Client Database to Agent Elite

One of the best features of the Agent Elite platform is the ability to use our database to aggregate all of your leads and client data into one easy-to-access system.  To set this up you will need to download any contacts or databases that you have and save them in a CSV file.  The CSV file must contain: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and Email Address.

 

Once you have downloaded the CSV file, email it to the support team (support@agentelite.com) as an attachment.  From that point, Agent Elite will do the heavy lifting for you and upload it to your new platform.

To Start the Onboarding Process, Have the Following Info Ready:

  • Company Logo
  • Headshot
  • Your contact info to put on your website (phone numbers, email address, social media links)
  • Your MLS Agent ID/Office ID (used to pull in Featured Listings)
  • Domain information that includes: Registrar, username, and password
  • MX and TXT records (if applicable)
  • Verbiage for About Me page
  • Reviews/Testimonials to add to the site (If they are on a different website, please provide a link to that site).
  • Communities to be used for featured communities on the website
  • Any photos/videos that you would like added to the site (must be free to use for the public or be a personal photo/video)
  • Any additional content that you would like on the site (local resources, CSV file of clients)

Quick Start Appointment

During your Quick Start Appointment, we will walk you through your new Website and CRM. We will review:

  • IDX Approval Status
  • Fine-tune any site edits
  • Walk-through the CRM
  • Set up Lead Aggregation
  • Schedule your website to go live

Meet Your Customer Success Manager

During this meeting, you will meet with your dedicated Customer Success Manager to discuss a personalized strategy and review the best practices of lead nurturing.  Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your personal marketing guru and will be with you every step of the journey.

 


Marketing Strategy Appointment

In order to maximize your opportunities with Agent Elite, it is important that you meet with your CSM.  In this initial appointment you, and your CSM, will create a business marketing playbook.  This is a step-by-step walkthrough of your new marketing system.  It is also a review and rundown of the complete suite of tools and products that Agent Elite has available for you to stay ahead of your competition.

 

We understand that your marketing strategy must continuously evolve to meet the demands of an ever-changing market. Therefore, you have on-demand access to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) and marketing team, along with 24/7 access to our extensive knowledge base
