Complimentary Ad's Are Set to Be Discontinued on January 1, 2025 Complimentary Ad Designs: Additional Info

Unless instructed otherwise, the process is as follows:

  1. Listing Ads: We select three pictures – the front of the house, the kitchen, and the back of the house.
  2. Generic Buyers Ads: We use stock imagery. Most of it will be interior shots of homes. On occasion, we will use an exterior image of a home. There are also slides for different geographical areas (see below).
  3. Seller Listing Ads: We use the photo attached to the listing. Usually, there is only one. In these circumstances, we recommend that you provide us with additional imagery.
  4. Generic Sellers Ads: We follow the same process as generic buyer ads.

Please Note

In an effort to keep our Facebook ads optimized, we will regularly update the available designs.
