How do Concierge Packages Help?
Our concierge packages are designed to save your time, boost your online visibility, and ensure your marketing is always running smoothly. Think of it as having your own marketing assistant who is handling the tedious digital tasks, so you can focus on building relationships and closing more deals.
Why Concierge Exists
Many agents struggle with consistency. Updating websites, creating social media posts, continuous optimization, designing print media, running ads, or managing Google reviews takes time, and when things get busy, marketing is often the first thing to be dropped. Concierge fixes that by keeping a your marketing on autopilot while still giving one-on-one strategy sessions to stay accountable.
What are the special terms?
Each Concierge Package includes premium setup and management services. Please note the following
service requirements:
- Meta Ads Management requires an active Meta Ad Spend budget, billed directly through Meta.
- Review Generation & Response requires an active Local Presence Boost subscription.
- Designed Listing Packages require an active Design Studio subscription.
- AE Network (Social & Retargeting Ads) requires an active IDX Website subscription.
These services are not included in the base Concierge Package and must be purchased separately to enable
full functionality. All services are a use-it-or-lose-it; they do not roll over.
