Lead Generation Ads

How Do They Work?

The basic premise is that the advertisement offers something of value in exchange for the user's information.

The difference with this objective lies within the journey the lead goes through once clicking the call-to-action (CTA). When the Facebook user clicks the CTA, a form fill will pop up requesting the user to answer the questions before moving forward. This is a form that will ask for First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. Once the user has completed the form, the ad will direct them to a chosen page.

**Buyer, Seller, and Listing ads are all built as Lead Generation ads**

What Lead-Specific Info Will the Pre-Created Form Have?

Lead Generation Ads. Because FB has restricted most of the housing market advertisements, we can only ask for their Name, Phone Number, and Email address.

*Any other information you will need will have to be asked after you get in contact.

Traffic FB Ads

How Do They Work?

Traffic ads are designed to get more eyeballs on a webpage. These ads do not require the user to enter their information in order to proceed.

  • The traffic objective is a useful objective whose main goal is to drive website traffic to a specific page. Used to increase the traffic coming to a LP for SEO purposes. The main idea is to get more eyes on the site.
  • Ads should be more advice and tips (Things people would want to share and less of a cold sell)
  • Traffic Ads MUST have a Landing Page that it directs to.
    • The Landing page should be specific to the loan program or tips/advice teased from the ad.
