Setting up your Design Studio Account

Welcome to the Agent Elite Design Studio.  In order for you to get the most out of the Design Studio, we first need to set up your account information.

To get started, let's click on your name in the upper right-hand corner. Now select the account tab, and in the secondary menu, select account information. Let's get started by adding all of your personal information. This is your name, your title, your email address, your physical address, your phone numbers, all of the things that you want to show up on your branded items because this is going to show up on every branded piece you make.

Once you've entered all of your personal information, including your licensing information, select your primary branding color. Now, if you're with a brokerage that requires you to use their color scheme, you can easily enter their hexadecimal color code. If not, now's a great time for you to select a primary branding color that you like.

Once you've made your selection, click Set Color. Now scroll to the top of the field, and in the upper right-hand corner, click Upload next to the profile photo. Find your profile photo and click Open. Make sure that when you crop your profile photo that you're centered. This is going to be on every piece of marketing we generate for you, and we want you to look your absolute best. When you're satisfied, go ahead and hit Submit.

Scrolling down the field, you'll notice that there's a space to upload both your office and your personal logos. You'll also notice that they're available to you in both dark and light format. The dark formatted logos will be placed on light backgrounds automatically, and the light logos will obviously increase their visibility on a dark background.

When you're uploading your logos, be very careful about cropping. It's easy to crop pieces of your logo off, especially if they match the background. Crop carefully. Remember, this is going to be on every marketing piece that you produce. Once you've entered all of your information and you're satisfied that it's correct and accurate, make sure that your logos are centered properly. Your headshot looks good. Go ahead and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

In the bottom left corner, you'll see the save account information button. Go ahead and click that. Congratulations. You've now set up the agent elite design studio and you can make beautiful promotional items at any time.
